Club Travel Information

The following tournament hotel arrangements have not been finalized. Please know that rooms are being held (3 days prior to and after tournament start dates), but information is being held at this time.

Parents, if your team is playing in one of the following tournaments, then you will need to follow the rooming list instructions listed below. You must complete this on/before February 10th:

Stay-to-Play Policy

The safety of each player and coach is a priority of Xtreme Volleyball. And in order to ensure team safety, only hotels having interior room access (rooms that can only by accessed from the interior of the hotel) will be utilized. To ensure team cohesiveness, all players are required to stay in designated hotels for all tournaments that require an overnight stay.

• All out-of-Houston tournaments fall under the club’s Stay-to-Play hotel policy.*
• All necessary air, ground and hotel arrangements are handled by the club’s Travel Coordinator, Larry Troy.
• All communication to/from Larry Troy should be via e-mail (larry@xtremevolleyball.org).

Xtreme Volleyball – Local (in Texas only)

Transportation:

• Each player is responsible for travel arrangements to/from all tournaments.

Hotel:

• An exact number of rooms required to house each player will be made available (at discounted rates, and for a limited time period) for tournaments not held in the Greater Houston Metro Area.
• The Xtreme Travel Page will list available hotels, costs, and detailed reservation instructions once tournament locations and dates are confirmed.

Xtreme Volleyball – Travel (in Texas and Beyond)

Transportation:

• Each player is responsible for travel arrangements to/from all in-state tournaments.
• Air and ground transportation for coaches is arranged for out-of-state tournaments by the club’s Travel Coordinator.  Teams wishing to fly as a group (10 or more on same flights) can contact Larry Troy (larry@XtremeVolleyball.org).
• The Xtreme Travel Page will list dates of travel, methods of transportation and all costs once tournament locations and dates are confirmed.

Hotel:

• An exact number of rooms required to house each player will be made available (at discounted rates, and for a limited time period) for tournaments not held in the Greater Houston Metro area.
