USA Volleyball Registration
Online registration, for the 2011-12 Season, started September 1.
Get the Help Document — Online Registration Renewal Procedures. This help document should assist in your efforts to complete your registrations for the new season.
Printing Forms:
The only form that will need to be printed is the Medical Release Form, for junior members. “Electronic Signatures” are being used for the Waiver and Release of Liability, the Background Screening Forms, and the Coaches Code of Conduct. This means, it is no longer necessary to have the members print either of these forms.
Payment Procedures:
Xtreme Volleyball pays for your registration fee. Do not send a check to the Region Office or to the Xtreme Office. This is included in your dues.
